When you're on a page with a sermon title, (either the front page or a page in the Teaching section of the site) click on the MP3 icon under "Listen Now" to bring up the audio player. When that appears, you'll see an MP3 Download link directly below the player. Right-click (or Control-click with a one button mouse) on the link to save the file to your local drive.
