Missions

Go into all the world...

We take Christ's command in Mark 16:15 to . . . "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature."  very seriously. We understand that "all the world" includes, and in fact begins, right in our own town, then reaches out to the least, the last, and the lost, regardless of where they are in the world.  Our mission projects start in our own children's ministries and extend as far out as Jalle, South Sudan, where we are helping rebuild a town center of a village ravaged by over a decade of civil war.

The Domincan Republic
We have opportunity to be the hands and feet of God in the Dominican Republic as we partner with SCORE International to conduct ministry alongside local churches is very rural areas. We also facilitate a boy's home, Josiah's House where we're privilaged to rescue young boys off the streets and provide a safe home environment for them to grow up in a solid Christian family atmosphere. Bob and Diane Spencer are our missionaries in DR and oversee our Josiah's House Boys Home.

We also organize group trips on a regular basis. Come and join in on the changing of a Nation. (Child sponsorships are available)

New Hope Missions - is a ministry in Haiti that provides education and meals to hundreds of children each day in four Christian elementary schools. New Hope Mission also provides training for a small network of churches and support to pastors by assisting with construction projects in and around Cap Haitian on the northern side of Haiti.

Jalle, Southern Sudan - Jalle is a town in Southern Sudan that was completely decimated by twenty years of civil war in Sudan. We are thrilled to be part of the New Jalle Community Project. We are in the process of completing four, four-room school buildings, a large church at also serves as a community center, and a clinic/medical facility for refugees returning to their home after so many years away.

Email Pastor Myron for information on scheduled mission trips in 2013 and how you can particpate in extending the kingdom.
