Steve Berger
Senior Pastor
Steve is the founding Pastor of Grace Chapel. He has been a Senior Pastor for eightteen years having also founded Calvary Chapel Pomona Valley in Southern California. Steve is a gifted teacher of God's Word. He and his wife of twenty years, Sarah have four children.

Jim Sterling
Executive Pastor
Jim has been a teacher and elder with the church for eleven years and has been on the pastoral staff for seven. He oversees our ministries and staff. Jim has been married to wife Tracy for fifteen years, they have three children.

Jonathan Allen
Worship Pastor
Jonathan is a gifted worship leader as well as an accomplished musician and teacher. We are thrilled that the Lord sent him to Grace Chapel to share his gifts. Jonathan and his wife Allison have one child.

Jay Tremblay
Small Groups Pastor
We are thrilled to have Jay on staff as our small groups Pastor. Jay has been a faithful servant here at the church for many years and brings a perfect blend of gifts and talents to this much needed area of ministry. Jay is married to his lovely wife Patti and they have two children.

Rick Cua
Pastoral Care / Visitation
We are so glad to have Rick on staff to love on the people of Grace Chapel and the surrounding community. Rick is available to bring wisdom, comfort and support in time of need. Rick and his wife Diana have been married for 38 years and have two adult daughters.

Jake Spencer
Youth Pastor
Jake has worked with our junior high students for many years now. He is a wonderful example of Christ to our youth. We know God has big plans for Jake and look forward to working with him for many years to come. Jake is married to wife Amy, they have three children.

Jim O'Brien
Children's Pastor
Jim is a long time member of the church and has served faithfully in many areas. We are thrilled to have Jim on as a full time staff member overseeing the ministry to our children. Jim is married to wife Tammy, they have two children.

Cori Fulks
Senior Pastor's Assistant
Cori is the smoothest member of our staff. We are so blessed to have her join us. Cori has been a selfless servant here for years and brings her wealth of gifts and talents to all of us.

John Cox
Technical Supervisor
John is our behind the scenes genius. He's been a long time member of the church and has served in every capacity as a volunteer. John oversees our audio, and computer ministries. John and wife Meg have one child.

Donna Boone
Receptionist/Youth Ministry Assistant
Our desire is for Donna's primary focus to be in assisting Jake with our high school ministry. However She is so gifted in so many areas that Donna helps with just about everything we have going, not the least of which is currently answering the church's phones. Donna is married to Mr. Greg Boone, they have one child.

Nikki Alexander
First Chapel Children's Ministry Director
Nikki has been a faithfull servant to the people and ministries here at the church for many years. We are so happy to have her leading our minstry to small children. Nikki is married to husband Sean (our director of ushers )and they have three children.

Marsha Gootee
Grace Extended
Marsha has been blessing us here at the church for many years. She started our Grace Extended Ministry which provides food to those in need as well as Biblical wisdom to the church and community. Marsha is married to husband Rich, they have three children and four grandchildren.

Bob Berger
Facility Maintenance Manager
Bob is a huge blessing to all at Grace Chapel. His humble spirit and sense of humor, not to mention the often thankless job he does, have an impact on everyone that comes through the doors at the church. Tell him thank you sometime. But please don't tell anyone he's Steve's dad.

Matt Dolan
Videographer / Graphic Designer
Matt is the grooviest member of our staff. He's not only gifted in the areas of videography and graphic design but is a very talented musician and valued member of our worship team. Matt is married to lovely wife Deanna.
